WCS U10G Krew Remain in First Place with Back to Back Wins


West Coast Soccer Club U10 girls the Krew clean sweep their league game. On October 18th, Krew played against Dublin United Pride. Goal keeper Emily Eccelstone, of Tracy, got the shut out with a recorded 2 saves. With a flurry of excitement in the first half, Priscilla Gonzalez, of Tracy, found Caiya Sims in the middle, and delivered the assist to Sims for the first goal of the game. As Macy Roberts, of Livermore, made her run down the field, Caiya Sims, of Tracy, made the pass and Roberts was able to bury the ball in the back of the net. During the second half, Krew’s defense held Dublin scoreless. Krew played a magnificent game that ended 2-0 in favor for West Coast for their first league game of weekend.

On October 19th, Krew remains in first place for their competitive fall league with an amazing game against Mustang Forza that ended 6-3 in favor for West Coast. . Taryn Richey, of Tracy, made a break away and scored the first goal of the game with an assist from Ella Ferrick, of Livermore. Mustang Forza would answer with a goal. The first half would end 1-1. Fortunately, Krew wasn’t finished. Ellia Revino, of Tracy, delivered an assist to Ferrick for the second goal of the game. Taryn Richey, determined to find her teammates with scoring opportunities, would assist the next two goals of the game to Caiya Sims and Ellia Revino, both of Tracy. Mia Mirante, of Tracy, took the ball down the field, found her teammate Caiya Sims in the middle, and made the assist. With the help of Priscilla Gonzales, of Tracy, Caiya Sims completed a hat trick bringing the score to 6-1. Krew played a magnificent game with great passing that allowed them to dominate. Their last league game of the weekend ended 6-3 in favor for West Coast. WCS Krew’s next League game is against Mustang Forza on November 8th.
