WCS Karma Open Season with a Bang

West Coast Karma Open Soccer Season with a Bang!  The U15G Karma kicked off their fall season with a huge win over AYSO United Silicon Valley PHMSA.  The Karma girls went on a 6 goal scoring spree while also logging their first shutout of the season.  Pictured is Defender, Mariya Hinojosa, making a move on her opponent.

Sports Note

The West Coast Karma U15 girls opened their 2017 fall soccer season with a big 6-0 win over AYSO United Silicon Valley PHMSA.   The first goal of the match came from Midfielder, Kate Zeck, who nailed an untouched corner kick into the top right goal of the net.  Additional goals followed from Forwards Samantha Wilson and Ashley Levi, Midfielders Melanie Nguyen and Francesca Pereira.  A final goal came from a Zeck free kick in the attacking midfield.   West Coast Keepers, Ashley Levi and Elle Hillar, are credited with the shutout.

Team Karma plays competitive soccer in the California Regional League (CRL).  A 6-0 win in their first match of the season is a great start.   Karma has a sister U15 team, Kaos, which plays in the Norcal Premier League (NPL).  Kaos opened their fall season with a 1-1 tie against Atletico Santa Rosa.
